Everyone knows that Drupal is a great CMS for building websites, but did you know that you can also use it to power your mobile apps? Using the Services module, you can take all the content on your existing Drupal site and serve it out to your iOS and Android apps as well. In this session we will run through how the Services module works, and provide a real example of the kind of apps you can build with it.

Hi,

In the presentation, it is said code base of the sample app discussed would be released soon. I am interested in how social networking applications can be created with Drupal, where users can make friends and the other good stuff involved in social websites. I am talking about both web applications and mobile apps, so code of the exmple app shown in this presentation would be a good example and starting point, I feel. Is the code released, if yes then where can I find it to be able to get in-depth understanding of these concepts. I need some example code to get myself started.
