Information

Provides a overview presentation for how Drupal's menu system takes care of incoming requests via the index.php. Then it walks through the process of implementing a simple module that hooks into Drupal's menu system at the path of /magic. It then executes a page callback function of menu_magic_basic(), which outputs some simple markup text.

This entire video series is great! However, when I finished working through this video my new navigation link for "A little magic" didn't go to www.mysite.com/magic. It went to www.mysite.com/?q=magic

Did I miss something or is something simply not turned on in my development site.

I just figured it out. Clean URLS weren't enabled :)

Folks at Lullabot, I have online training subscription with Lynda.com BuildaModule.com and you guys really hit it home in delivering Drupal concepts. I am so freaking empowered now.

Although, my other subscriptions did not hit a homerun they do have other strengths in some areas. What was key in your delivery was your training roadmap. You always followed up concepts with solid examples and repeated it to solidify.
