[Image Gallery Listing View] [with Addison Berry]
  • 0:07
    So we have image galleries
  • 0:09
which is great, and they look really nice.
  • 0:11
And so people can browse through a whole bunch of images and such.
  • 0:15
The only problem is that we really don't have a way for people to find them and look at the galleries you have
  • 0:20
unless they hunt and peck through the site.
  • 0:22
So we want to create a page that lists all the different galleries
  • 0:28
so people can just browse through them.
  • 0:30
And then we also want to create a block that we can put on the home page
  • 0:35
so that when someone comes to the site they can see, "Hey, they have photos,"

We have some nice looking galleries now, but there still isn't a good way for people to find and view them. In this lesson, we're going to use Views to create a Photos list page, along with a menu item, and then we'll make a Photos home page block. That block will be created with Views as well, and when you click on it, you will go to our new Photos list page.
