We're happy to announce that we've rolled out group membership options on Drupalize.me. We even created two different approaches, so that you can pick which one works best for your group. The first option will let you buy a set number of accounts for your group (see basic pricing information in our FAQ about groups) and the second gives you unlimited accounts when accessed from a particular range of IP addresses. Here is a brief overview of the two choices and how they work.
For the group package you select a set number of accounts that you would like to have (you can always add more later). We will create an "owner" account for you (or turn your existing personal account into an owner account). That owner account will then be able to create the accounts for the rest of your group. A group owner can decide who is in the group or not and reset passwords as needed.
Our IP-based offering is perfect for organizations that want to have a lot of accounts set up and can provide a set range of IP addresses that people are working from, for example everyone is on the same network at the office. If you purchase IP access, everyone entering Drupalize.me from your IP range will be able create their own account and use the site freely. Once they leave the IP range they will no longer be able to watch the videos on site, unless they purchase their own personal account. The nice thing about IP subscriptions is that you don't need to manage anything and you aren't restricted to a set number of accounts. You can get in touch with us to talk about pricing options for your group.

Group subscription was our most requested feature when we talked to people at Drupalcon Chicago in March and we've worked hard to give you the choices you want. If you are interested in taking advantage of group pricing, get in touch with us through our contact form and we'll work out the best plan for you.
