Release Day: Writing Views Handlers and Panels Variants

This week we're happy to continue two series for you. Coding for Views series continues to dive into fields and handlers, while the FREE Building Websites Using Panels series looks at using variants.

Coding for Views

In the Coding for Views series we continue the work from the last videos, by exposing more fields to Views, and also defining relationships our module can use for its data. With our fields in place, we move on creating our own custom field handlers to extend the basic features that Views provides us.

Building Websites Using Panels

In the Building Websites Using Panels series, Jen looks at how to use variants in Panels to create different versions of the same page based on criteria, as well as how to clone a variant to make your work go even faster.

Check back in next week as both series will have even more videos coming.
