New tutorials on migrate_lookup process plugin and Migrate API's map tables

My esteemed colleague Joe Shindelar has written 2 new tutorials for our existing Migrate to Drupal 9 or 10 course on the migration_lookup process plugin and Migrate API's map tables.

About these new tutorials, Joe says:

I wanted to add a new tutorial on using the migration_lookup process plugin. Questions about it come up a lot during our migrate workshop. And it's one of the more complex to understand process plugins. But, I also think doing that requires adding a tutorial that explains a bit more about the map tables that the migrate API creates and uses for things like this.

In my experience it's been really helpful to know about these map tables, and how to find information in them, for the purpose of debugging migration issues.
