Awesome Support, Now with More Awesome

We're always striving to provide great support to our current and prospective members. To that end, we're always looking for better ways to listen and keep track of our what our customers are saying — whether they're new, long-time members, or moving on.

After extensive research and planning, we decided it was time to update the behind-the-scenes Drupalize.Me support infrastructure so that we could do just that. And we moved from Tender Support (http://tenderapp.com), which we had been using since 2011, to Zendesk (http://zendesk.com).

Zendesk has the additional features we needed to push our support to the next level. These features include social media integration, phone/voicemail integration, customer satisfaction surveys, 3rd party add-ons, and robust customization tools.

We're now supporting members via multiple communication channels, all from within one application.

On the backend, our new support infrastructure facilitates robust issue tracking. We now monitor the frequency of issues, and prioritize fixes accordingly. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate common support issues with targeted design improvements and technical updates.
