It's February, and it's time for another tech update—it's a big one! Here's what we've been working on:
Library Page Improvements
We redesigned our library page! In doing so, we also added new filters and a nice reminder about our helpful guides page. We still have more work to do on it, but we're excited to get the initial big updates out the door. Check it out:
Search Page Improvements
We continue to make tweaks to our search page, which we redesigned last month. For example, we added a list of your active filters under the search bar, and we realigned the "Clear current search filters" button.
Footer Improvements
We also redesigned our footer menu. It now includes a newsletter sign-up form, and some new links to make it easier to find some cool things that were buried on the site previously.
Miscellaneous
What else? We added high definition (HD) and closed caption (CC) icons to our video lists (e.g. in the library and search results). We improved the architecture and design of our "Additional resources" field. We also added contextual data to support tickets, so we have a better idea of which page you are coming from when you contact us, and we fixed a handful of bugs!
