Now Hiring Part-Time Tutorial Writers

Drupalize.Me is looking for Drupal specialists to help us create new tutorials. These are temporary, part-time contracts to create and/or update written tutorials on a specific Drupal 8 (or Drupal-related) topic. We are looking for people who have knowledge about, and experience with, particular topics instead of just general Drupal 8 experience. That is to say that it should be a topic you are familiar enough with to have delivered presentations about (meetups, camps, etc.) or contributed to a community project related to it (module, theme, documentation, core initiative, etc.).

Previous writing or teaching experience is beneficial, but is not required for this contract. The tutorials will be in written format, but if you have video screencast experience and wish to also create videos, that can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our full topic writing contracts average between 60–100 hours total time spent, often spread over several months, based on how much work a contractor can do per week. Each contract has its own timeline and expectations based on the needs of the topic and the contractor.

If you are interested in learning more, please fill out this application form to tell us a little about you and the topic(s) you specialize in.
